Corporate strategy
BG 78/2021, Project Information Process, written by Nick Blake and John Sands, and published by BSRIA in January 2021, it defines a corporate strategy or corporate masterplan as: ‘…a framework within which an organisation defines its strategy for growth and development. This can be applied at a variety of scales, and includes development of sites and facilities in order to meet corporate objectives.’
